How a society gets started

Setup takes minutes, and residents don't need to install anything until they're added.

We register your society

The Boundary team adds your society with its registration details and appoints its admin, usually the secretary.

The secretary sets it up

A short guided setup: towers and units, gates and facilities, photos, then the committee and the owners of each unit.

Everyone signs in

Owners sign in with the mobile number the secretary added, then add their own tenants and family.

Built for how Indian societies work

Small details that matter when you run a society here.

Rupees, sq ft and sq m

Financial-year billing

Monthly, quarterly, half-yearly or yearly cycles that follow April to March, paid by the 1st to the 15th.

One number, many homes

Own homes in two societies? Use one number, with separate details and photos for each.

Private by default

No ads and no selling data. Bills and photos sit in private storage and open through short-lived links.

Questions

How do I join my society on Boundary?

Ask your society's secretary or admin to add you as the owner of your unit with your mobile number. Then install the app and sign in with that number. Tenants and family are added by the owner of the unit.

How do we bring our society onto Boundary?

Write to care@boundary.site with your society's name, city and registration details. We'll register it and set up your admin.

Who can see my details?

People in your own society, according to their role: for example the committee sees units and owners, and owners see their own tenants and family. Your details in one society are never shown in another. See our privacy policy.

Can I belong to more than one society?

Yes. With the same mobile number you can be an owner in one society and a tenant in another, and switch between them in the app.

How do I delete my account?

See how to delete your account for the steps and what happens to your data.
